Off to W.VB, then we listened to Larry Stevens till 2 PM. Back to the RV to start set up for our dinner party tonight. Lois & Bob are coming down from Palm Springs. As well we’ll have Larry & Judy. Happy hour starts at 4:30 with drinks, chips & fresh fruit snacks then we are going to BBQ steaks and we have baked potatoes, stuffed eggs, a salad Judy makes with peas, various nuts & other stuff mixed with mayo--it is delicious! Sheila also made her special dessert with Cool Whip & frozen fruit. We had a great supper, lots of laughs etc. & then were off to see the Beach Boys concert, (Woody & the Longboards). The first half was great—all the best known Beach Boys songs. They really got the crowd going. There were lots of people up dancing in an area directly in front of the stage. We didn’t like the second half as much as they played slower 70’s stuff, which weren’t even Beach Boys songs. The concert ended promptly at 9:00 after which we said good-bye to Bob & Lois, wished them a safe drive home to Palm Springs and that we would see them on Fri sometime & went home to do the huge pile of supper dishes.
